Tengo un sitio web desde los últimos 7 años y fue alojado en SiteGround, donde aparte de algunas pequeñas cosas, la experiencia fue maravillosa. Este año, SiteGround ha decidido suspender sus servicios en mi área y, por lo tanto, tuve que pasar a otro anfitrión.
Elegí Bluehost y ayer (24 de agosto de 2025) migré el sitio web. Desde ese momento, mis problemas han comenzado. El sitio web no abre la mayor parte del tiempo indicando «Error 429 – demasiadas solicitudes» y si se abre, lleva mucho tiempo (digamos> 30 segundos) solo para la página de inicio.
Además, también ha comenzado el error de pantalla «El sitio no es seguro, ya que no tiene certificado SSL e incógnito), mientras que tengo un certificado SSL pagado e instalado correctamente con BlueHost.
Cuando contacté a Bluehost, respondieron que ejecutar procesos para su cuenta es demasiado alto (26 procesos concurrentes) y Bluehost lo limita también 25 procesos. También optimiza su sitio web para complementos, recuento de procesos, bla, bla, etc.
No entiendo mucho de eso. En SiteGround también, fueron servicios compartidos y, sin embargo, nunca experimenté estos errores en todo mi tiempo allí.
¿Puedes ayudar con mi problema? Porque si estos problemas persisten, es posible que tenga que alejarme de Bluehost, ya que mi sitio web no se abre en absoluto (sobre todo) o tarda mucho tiempo en abrirse.
