Si su dispositivo ha tenido problemas con las llamadas entrantes y salientes, así es como puede solucionar el problema de que el teléfono Android no puede hacer ni recibir llamadas.^{(here’s how you can fix Android phone can’t make or receive calls issue.)}

Arreglar el teléfono Android no puede hacer o recibir llamadas^{(Make or Receive Calls)}

¿Por qué no funcionan mis llamadas entrantes y salientes?^{(Why are my Incoming and Outgoing Calls Not Working?)}

1. Asegúrese de estar conectado a una red móvil^{(1. Make Sure You are Connected to a Mobile Network)}

Las redes móviles son el medio a través del cual se realizan o reciben llamadas telefónicas. Si su dispositivo está en un área sin señal, entonces no puede hacer ni recibir llamadas. Por lo tanto^(Therefore) , antes de continuar, asegúrese de tener una señal decente en su dispositivo Android.^{(ensure you have a decent signal on your Android device.)}

2. Espere a que aumente la intensidad de la señal o cambie su ubicación^{(Wait for the signal strength to increase or change your location)} . Además, asegúrese de que sus datos móviles estén activados^{(make sure that your mobile data is switched ON)} .

Una vez que haya apagado su dispositivo, retire la tarjeta SIM y espere unos segundos antes de volver a insertarla^{( remove the sim card and wait for a few seconds before inserting it again)} .

b) Restablecimiento de fábrica de su teléfono^{(b) Factory Reset your phone)}

c) Lleve su dispositivo a un centro de servicio^{(Take your device to a service center)}
