Muchas gracias

Hi
I have contacted my website host and they've responded accordingly (see below) hence coming back to you, as I'm no longer in touch with my website designer who set up my Word Press site. I only do the basics to keep it going which is mainly updating the Mixcloud link, as up till now the Twitter live feed operated fine on its own.

We apologize for the encountered issue. Our recommendation would be to always check if the plugin or theme installed matches the WordPress version installed and also the PHP. Unfortunately, we can't specify which is the best plugin/theme and the PHP that goes along with it as we can offer limited support regarding the content of the website.Kindly note that everything will need to match in order to function properly. For example: if the WordPress version is 5.6 and the plugin requires 7.4 but the PHP is set 7.0 this will result in a conflict.
To answer your question, there can be a plugin issue. Unfortunately, there is no method to check which plugin is causing the issue unless you do it manually. For example, if you add a plugin and is not working, you can stop that plugin and check with another plugin. Kindly note that we cannot interfere with the website's content. Therefore we do recommend contacting a web developer or asking for WordPress help.
If further assistance is needed please do not hesitate to contact us.

Glad that we could make it a little bit clearer. We apologize for our limited support regarding this issue. We hope the issue will be fixed as soon as possible. Please note that these issues in the backend are not affecting the visitor's view of the website.

Yes, visually, my website looks the same apart from seeing a live Twitter feed before I updated.

Despite the scrambled admin page (see screenshot just to give you an idea of how it looks!) I've managed to update the link to my Mixcloud site so when the green LISTEN button is clicked on, it goes right through to Mixcloud and plays out.
So my remaining query, I think is, as my admin pages "behind the scenes" are visually scrambled & my Twitter feed lost, can Word Press pls advise me how to re-set my website to an earlier version so the admin pages & Twitter/Mixcloud links appear as they did before i.e before the recent updates? As it seems being encouraged by the system (via admin) to update has lead to this issue.
TSO have in fact also said this:
Your site is running on an outdated version of PHP (5.6.40), which does not receive security updates and soon will not be supported by WordPress. Ensure that PHP is updated on your server as soon as possible. Otherwise you will not be able to upgrade WordPress.
BACK OVER TO YOU
Thanks
Mark
